The product is unused, in its original packaging, and return is requested within 14 days of delivery

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
Contact support@buumstore.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable)
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with instructions
Ship the item back using the provided return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless due to seller error or product fault
Partial refunds may be issued for used, damaged, or incomplete returns

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size, color, or due to a defect. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
